Send it by email

Got the receipt by email? Send it on to Finudy, as a PDF or a photo.

  1. Forward the email with the receipt attached, or write a new one and attach the PDF or photo.

  2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Finudy, to:

    receipts@finudy.com
  3. Open Finudy. The receipt is waiting there for you to check and save.

Send it by email

Straight into a space

Use one of these addresses and the receipt goes straight to the right space.

In more than one family or business? You’ll find the address for each one in the app under Settings → Email receipts.

Sending from another address?

Add it in the app under Settings → Email receipts, your work address for example. Finudy emails a code to that address. Once you’ve confirmed it, you can send receipts from there too.

Forward automatically

Want receipts to arrive on their own? Set up a forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook to your personal forwarding address. You’ll find it in the app under Settings → Email receipts.

Gmail asks you to confirm the forwarding first. Finudy emails you the confirmation code.

Finudy keeps the email as proof of purchase, together with its attachment as your receipt. Deleting the receipt deletes the email too.
